The UIC Employee Expo is an opportunity to connect with employees from across the university, introduce your organization and showcase the resources, services and opportunities you offer.

How Do I Become an Exhibitor?
Complete the Exhibitor Interest Form (linked above) to let us know you are interested in participating. Space is limited, and preference will be given to organizations that submit their interest form by October 15, 2026. After October 15, exhibitor requests will be considered as space remains available.
Intro
The UIC Employee Expo is designed to connect employees with resources, services, programs and organizations that can enrich their work and personal lives. We are seeking exhibitors who can offer something meaningful, useful or engaging to the UIC employee community.
A good fit may include:
- UIC departments, units and programs that provide employee resources, services, benefits or opportunities.
- UIC-affiliated organizations that support or serve the UIC community.
- Community organizations and partners offering programs, services or resources that may benefit UIC employees.
- Businesses and service providers offering products or services relevant to employees.
- Organizations with an engaging experience that can encourage employees to interact, learn, participate or discover something new.
Is there a cost to exhibit?
There is no cost to participate as an exhibitor at the UIC Employee Expo.
When will I know if I am invited exhibitor?
Invited exhibitors will be informed in late 2026.
What Is Included with Exhibitor Space?
Each exhibitor space includes:
- One six-foot table
- Two chairs
- Electricity for one standard plug-in item
- Access to Wi-Fi
Create an engaging experience! We encourage exhibitors to offer interactive, engaging, and experiential activities that invite employees to connect with your organization. We will do our best to accommodate special requests and unique setup needs.
What are the Exhibitor Hours?
Exhibitor set up is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Exhibitors must be fully set up and ready to welcome employees by 10:45 a.m. and maintain a presence at their booth until the Expo closes at 3:00 p.m.
Can Exhibitors Ship Materials to the Venue?
No. We are unable to accept or store shipments. Exhibitors need to plan to bring all materials with them on the day of the Expo.
When will I receive information about setup and event-day logistics?
Invited exhibitors will receive detailed event information closer to the Expo, including setup instructions, parking, arrival times, event-day logistics, and other important details.
