Bargaining Union Contract Rate Changes for C-MAP Security

UIC Human Resources (UICHR) will be updating wage rates on the job records for employees in the bargaining units listed below. To ensure accurate and timely processing, colleges/units are required to comply with the processing guidelines outlined below.

Please refrain from making changes for hires effective BW 20 (9/14/25-9/27/25) until Friday, September 19, 2025. If the job record updates are completed earlier than this date, we will send an email to the group. Please use Salary Group 2026A for the correct salary rates to appear.

Adherence to the processing guidelines outlined above will ensure the affected employees are paid at the correct rates. When processing your HR Front End transactions, you must use the new salary group listed above to apply the correct pay rate as of the effective dates noted above. Rates for the applicable bargaining agreements are available on our website at: Labor Agreements.
