Information on Graduate Assistant/Teaching Assistant employee benefits are determined primarily by the formal GEO Local 6297(IFT-AFT)-Graduate Employees Organization Labor Contract.
The Office of Labor and Employee Relations engages in activities and services in the areas of labor/management relations, counseling, and support services to managers and employees. All UIC Labor agreements also fall under the auspices of the Office of Labor and Employee Relations.
