Summer 2024 Faculty Processing Instructions
The purpose of this Information Alert is to inform colleges and units regarding summer processing instructions for Faculty appointments. Please make sure to review the Summer Processing Instructions before initiating transactions. In addition, the Summer Exception form must be submitted and approved through the electronic process for 2024.
Please note the HRFE deadlines for routing transactions to UIC HR:
• May HRFE deadline for MN6 is 05/14/2024
• June HRFE deadline for MN7 is 06/14/2024
