HR Systems

Overview

UIC Human Resources use a number of systems supporting the faculty and staff on the UIC campus.

These systems are:

The Human Resources system of record.

Administrative system used to process electronic employment applications.

System used to process personnel transactions.

An interface for HR Offices to complete employment transactions, including those generated by employees through NESSIE

Enables University employees to view employment-related information, such as benefits, policies, and training opportunities. Employees may also conduct personnel transactions online via secured self-service applications.

An interface for completing Annual Salary Changes for Budgeted Employees.

UIC Campus units use Tracker to electronically enter the Form I9 for all new hires and rehires for University employees. The system also checks E-Verify for employees who meet certain criteria.

Access to the HR systems must be request by your unit security contact (USC).
