In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic and with everyone’s health being a top priority, we strongly advise that all candidate interviews scheduled within the next two weeks be held virtually or rescheduled to a later time. Regardless of format, responsibility for compliance with employment related laws and regulations remains within the department/college. As interviews take place, please be certain the interview is centered upon assessing qualifications to perform the job requirements in an effective manner. As interviews proceed, be mindful of bias and stereotyping so as not to cloud the interview process in any way.
